What does the 24-month warranty cover?

All DriftElement watches come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. This covers all material and manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge. Our in-house repair service in Germany ensures fast and reliable processing.

The warranty covers the movement, case, and bracelet. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear is excluded.

Handcrafted in Germany – Our Workshop

Every DriftElement watch is manufactured in our own workshop in Germany. From the initial design to the final quality check – everything happens under one roof.

Our experienced watchmakers assemble every movement precisely by hand. Each case is carefully put together and tested for accuracy.

Our painting team finishes each watch individually. Two-tone rim models are hand-painted with a brush – an elaborate process that makes every piece unique.

Before a watch leaves our facility, it goes through rigorous quality assurance. We check movement accuracy, water resistance, and the perfect finish of every detail.

Have something custom in mind? We also create bespoke watches to your specifications – whether it's your own rim design, special colours, or a personalised engraving.
