Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case, you have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. Below you will find all the necessary information to handle the withdrawal and the return of your goods.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods within one order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day on which you or a third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DriftElement Return Center, Kleiner Sand 2, 76829 Landau, support@driftelement.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Alternatively, you can use our return form to initiate the withdrawal and return process.
Once we have received your withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation by email along with instructions on how to return the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
However, a processing fee of €5.90 will be deducted for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
