Return Policy

14-day return window — You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Custom-made products — Personalized watches with engravings or custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.

Refund processing — Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping — For orders within Germany, we provide a free return label. For international returns, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
