Is express production available?

Yes, express production is available on request. Contact us via WhatsApp and let us know your desired date. We'll check if we can meet the deadline.
How do I order an individual custom watch?

Simply send us a photo of your desired rim via WhatsApp or email. Our team will contact you to discuss colors, details, and your preferences. After approval of the design preview, production begins.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all common payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay later/installments).
What are the watch dimensions and weight?

The case diameter is 42–43 mm, the case height is 12–14 mm, and the lug width is 20–22 mm. The weight is approximately 130–156 g depending on the model. A comfortable, sporty size for everyday wear.
Is the watch water-resistant?

Yes, our watches are water-resistant up to 3–5 ATM (depending on the model). This means they withstand splashing water and rain, but should not be submerged or worn while swimming.
What materials are used?

The case is made of stainless steel (316L), the glass is scratch-resistant mineral glass or sapphire crystal (on automatic models), and the strap options include genuine leather, silicone, or stainless steel. All materials are premium quality.

Do I receive a design preview before production?

Yes, absolutely! After you send us the rim photo, our design team creates a digital preview. You review and approve the design before we begin production. Adjustments to colors and details are possible at this stage.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping within Germany takes 1–3 business days, within Europe 3–7 business days, and international delivery 7–14 business days. All orders include tracking and secure packaging.
Is the Custom Watch suitable as a gift?

Absolutely! Every Custom Watch comes in an elegant gift box. Many customers order custom watches as birthday, Christmas, anniversary, or wedding gifts. We can also include a personal message card on request.
Can I return or exchange the watch?

Since every Custom Watch is made individually for you, standard returns are not possible. However, we offer a 2-year warranty on the movement. If there are any quality issues, we will of course find a solution together.
How do I care for and maintain my Custom Watch?

Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, or extreme temperatures. The battery (quartz models) lasts approximately 2–3 years and can be easily replaced at any watchmaker.
