Shipping is free worldwide for orders over €95. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. We want you to be completely satisfied with your DriftElement watch – and we make the process as easy as possible.
Returns within Germany are free of charge. For international returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Within the warranty period, we will repair any defects in your product free of charge, provided they are due to material or manufacturing faults.
As soon as you place your order with DriftElement, your products will be delivered to you. Delivery takes 1-3 days, and we handle the shipping ourselves.

Stainless steel The elements of our rim clocks are made of stainless steel: a material that is characterized by durability and robustness. It also gives them a distinctive feel. Bracelet length Our link bracelets are adjustable in length and can therefore be adapted to any wrist. Of course, you can also complement our rim watches with one or more of our other bracelets! Mineral glass The glass on every DriftElement quartz watch is made from hardened mineral glass. It is very sturdy, provides effective protection against scratches, and visually highlights the rim details. Customized products On request, we can personalize your watch with an individual engraving, whereby there are virtually no limits to your creativity. Please note that individual products cannot be exchanged. If something does not fit you 100%, we will of course do everything we can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
