There are many reasons why you might want to return or exchange your DriftElement product. So that you can find out in advance how we handle such returns, we have put together a few reasons for what we need from you in each case and what you get from us. In this way we can help you to quickly get the product that you have in mind.
UNIQUE WATCHES
The product arrived defect
• Picture credits of the defective product
• Indication of the e-mail address with which you have ordered
• a written request for exchange or return, gladly sent via Mail
• the return of the defective product
• Return slip from DHL by e-mail for self-printing
• for exchange: new product model or exchange of the defective part
Please contact us via Mail, send us your exchange or return request with an image showing the defect. Our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and send you a return slip by email. Pack the defective Drift Rims Watch or the defective Drift Accessory in the original carton, stick the return slip on the sealed box and bring it to DHL. As soon as we receive the goods, we may send the new product directly to you.
I do not like the product
• Indication of your email address, with which you have ordered
• a written request for exchange, return or cancellation, sent via our Mail
• the return of the unwanted product
Please send us your exchange, return or cancellation request via Mail. To cancel your purchase, go to our cancellation policy page. At the bottom you will find a sample text. Copy and paste it into the Mail. Fill in the fields with your data and send the form to us. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible. Pack the Drift Rim Watch or Drift Accessory in the original carton, take it to the post office and stamp it sufficiently. As soon as we receive the package, you will receive an email confirmation that the money has been transferred back to the payment method you originally chose.
