"Swiss Made" is a quality label indicating the watch was manufactured in Switzerland and meets certain criteria.

Miyota watches use movements by Citizen Watch Co., Ltd., known for reliability, precision, and longevity.

Some watches use surgical stainless steel (304L). All stainless steel contains nickel and may not be suitable for severe nickel allergies. Our watches are regularly tested per REACH regulations and are considered hypoallergenic per EU standards.

Our sizes fit over 99% of customers. If it doesn't fit, you can return it. Details under "Returns". Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The automatic watch with Miyota 8N24 caliber has a power reserve of up to 42 hours on a full wind.

Yes! Quartz models: 3 ATM (splash-proof, handwashing OK). Automatic models: 5 ATM (swimming, showering OK). Not suitable for deep-sea diving.

With proper care, your automatic watch can last decades. Tips:
- Occasionally move or use a watch winder
- Service every 3–5 years
- Check seals every 5 years
- Service crown and stem every 10 years

Yes, all DriftElement watches are unisex. However, there are special models exclusively for women.

Rim watches can be suitable for older children, especially with robust design and adjustable bracelets. Ensure no loose parts that could be swallowed.

All DriftElement watches come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage from improper use, or damage from impacts.

Yes! Many of our watches can be personalized with a custom engraving of up to 10 characters for €9.95. Simply select the engraving option on the product page. Please note that engraved watches cannot be returned or exchanged.

All our watches come in a premium gift box with a velvet cushion — perfect for gifting. If you'd like to add a personal message, simply include it in the order notes at checkout.

Yes! A special sizing tool is always included with every watch order.

Protect from cosmetics, water, perspiration, and chemicals. Avoid excessive sunlight. Lifespan: approx. 6–12 months.

Avoid contact with chemicals like chlorine. Clean regularly with soap and water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Yes, with the right tools. Alternatively, visit a watchmaker or use our battery change service.

Automatic movements: No battery needed. Quartz movements: Batteries typically last 1–5 years.

Free within warranty period if not due to mishandling. Contact us directly.

Store your DriftElement watch in the original box or a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. For automatic watches, consider using a watch winder to keep the movement running. Avoid storing near magnetic devices like phones or speakers.

Dry it immediately with a soft cloth and leave it in a warm, dry place. Do not use a hair dryer or place it on a heater. If condensation appears under the glass, please contact our support team immediately.

We ship from our own warehouse. Current delivery time: 2–3 days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking by email.

International orders ship via DHL. EU: 3–5 business days. Switzerland & UK: 5–7 business days. USA, Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days. Rest of the world: 10–21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Orders within the EU are shipped duty-free. For orders outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, USA, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@driftelement.com and we'll update your address. Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
