Payment Methods
DriftElement offers you a variety of secure payment methods. This includes payment with

Simply select the payment method that suits you at checkout.
I have selected "Prepayment" as payment method, but have not yet received the account details for the bank transfer from you.
No worries! You will receive a separate email from us within the next half hour after receipt of your order, in which we provide you with all necessary information for the transfer. If this is not the case, simply contact our Drift Element Support: help@driftelement.com
Basically, various factors can lead to payment difficulties, also depending on which payment method you have chosen.
VISA or Master Card:
Of course all entries should match the data on your credit card. In addition, the card should be covered and there should be no misuse. If you suspect that your account has insufficient funds or that the card has been misused, contact your financial institution.
PayPal:
Account cover is also important for this payment. PayPal can also restrict your PayPal account so that you can only make limited payments. It is helpful to specify a different source of payment. So instead of paying with your credit card, you also enter your bank account. If the problems persist, please contact PayPal directly.
SOFORT-bank transfer:
Here you should clarify whether your financial institution basically supports SOFORT transfers and a double check of the entered data can also be helpful.
Sometimes the problem is also with the browser you are using. Make sure you always use the latest version of the browser. It may be necessary to delete cookies and empty the cache. It could also be due to the security settings of the browser itself or the antivirus program on your computer.
