This can happen, for example, if a defect has occurred during transport or a broken accessory has slipped through our strict quality control. Cancellation Policy

Can I use more than one voucher code per order ?

The online shop of DriftElement allows only one voucher code to be applied to an order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with our “Get a Quote” feature or with shopping cart level discounts that are applied to your order.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes, the shipping of within the EU is completely free.

Where do I enter my voucher code?

Coupon codes can be entered when viewing your shopping cart. Enter your voucher code in the field “Vouchers” and click on “Apply”. The total amount of your shopping cart will be reduced by the value of the voucher code.

I received a wrong article. What can I do?

I have orderd several products, but only received one

Nothing to worry about! Depending on the availability of the products, we may send them in several packages. If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive the other packages, please contact our support team at [email protected] , they will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

How do I know if the watch I want to buy is battery operated or mechanical?

The movement type used in the watch is listed in the “Product Details” section on each product page. All quartz watches require a battery, automatic watches are driven by hand winding or wrist movement.

My battery is dead within 30 days, whats should I do?

Most watch batteries can run without problems for more than 1 years after being inserted into the watch. Nevertheless, it may happen that the battery will run down after a short time. So if your watch stops working, this is most likely due to a prematurely empty battery cell. Any qualified local watch repair shop, jewelry store or watchmaker can replace the battery for you. Visit our contact page if the functionality of your rims watch is limited within the first 30 days due to the battery.

Is my Rim Watch waterproof?

In fact your rim watch is waterproof to 3 atm. This means it can withstand 3 bar water pressure. In fact the DriftElement watch can be worn without any problems when showering or washing hands without being damaged. However, when swimming or diving you should better take them off.

Is the strap of the Rim Watch adjustable?

The length of the rim watch bracelet fits different wrists perfectly. If the strap is still too big, you can adjust it yourself by simply removing as many links as you need to fit. Feel free to watch the video on YouTube  for that.

Are the DriftElement Watches also available in other colors?

At the moment we only offer the color variations that you can see in our shop. However, we are planning to add more versions of the rims watches to our range in order to offer you the widest possible choice. Just visit us regularly or follow us in a social network.
