SHIPPING POLICY

All DriftElement watches are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped from our headquarters in Landau, Germany.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Customized watches from our configurator may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIMES
Germany: 2–4 business days
Austria & EU: 3–7 business days
Switzerland: 5–10 business days
Other international destinations: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €95.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (NON-EU ORDERS)
Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland or the United Kingdom) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email, so you can follow your delivery at any time.
