Delivery Time of DriftElement:
Orders, which we receive on working days from Monday to Saturday, will be shipped within 3-4 working days depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders received by us on Sunday will be processed and shipped the next working day at the latest.
Shipping Costs of DriftElement:
The delivery with the shipping option “Standard” is free of charge and takes place within 3-4 working days.
Dispatch Error:
In case of a shipping error you can keep the faulty delivery or send it back to us. Of course we take over the complete costs for the return shipment and the new delivery of the desired order.
